I'm throwing version 0.4.2 at all of y'alls faces, so take that! Here's what's new.
Additions:
App:
- Added an auto-updater, pyontan can now update itself! It will do full reinstalls
- There is now an apply button (saves without closing)
- Settings > Cloud shows whether a sync token is linked and has a disconnect button now
- Proper sign out functionality (you don't need to force sign the session out now)
- Can access saved live history audio clips, in History > Voice History there is a new clips column
- Can choose to keep & delete audio clips from voice history
- Signing in after signing out asks the browser which account to use
- Study > Practice now has a Manage button for reviews
Dashboard:
- New Reviews Page (Study > Reviews)
- My Vocabulary has a Remove button on each word
- Two-way sync between review items and resetting Study progress and removing a saved word sync
- The desktop Sync now checks based on actual sync, not on a job being completed
Updated:
App:
- Reduced the download size greatly of the app
- Live Audio's speech detection is about 3x faster without PyTorch.
- Offline translation now sits in RAM only when being used and freed up like other Models
- Offline translation now splits long text at sentence ends
- Shortened Tray Menu
- Translation tab has been removed in favor of Providers
Dashboard:
- Study > Practice no longer says how many are due without a way to reach it
Fixes:
App:
- The tray menu and right-click menus have properly rounded corners (oopsie daisies)
- Live Audio history sync no longer fails
- Uploading a finished job when the pictures moved or deleted will ask for a new location
- Finishing the getting started checklist on one account no longer hides it from other accounts
- Saving settings should no longer freeze up for a second (I was noticing this to be a thing)
Dashboard:
- Fixed some of the buttons
- The locked AI Conversation page said you're on the wrong tier to everyone
