Refunds

pyontan's paid plans, Premium and Super Premium, are monthly subscriptions. This page covers cancelling them and getting your money back. pyontan is made and sold by MIAU LTD.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account goes back to Free and you aren't charged again. Nothing on your account is deleted when the plan ends.

• Bought on the website: Settings > Billing > Manage billing.
• Bought in the Android app: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Through Patreon: cancel your membership on Patreon.

Refunds on the website

• Your first payment for a plan: if it isn't for you, ask within 14 days and I'll refund it in full. No reason needed.
• A renewal you meant to cancel: ask within 7 days of the charge and, if you haven't used the paid features since, I'll refund it.
• Something broken: if a problem on my side kept you from using what you paid for, tell me and I'll refund or credit the time you lost.

Ask through the contact page while signed in, or from the email address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days. A refunded plan ends straight away.

Refunds in the Android app

Payments in the Android app go through Google Play, so Google handles them. Within 48 hours of a payment you can ask Google directly: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history, or Google's refund form. After that, ask me through the contact page and I'll refund it under the same rules as the website.

Patreon

Patreon payments are refunded through Patreon.
